Mascots
With the bison being displayed on the Indiana state seal and the cardinal designated as our state bird, we embrace having these two characters to help represent our convention through artwork.
Samuel
Samuel is a male bison. He would like you to know that bison have broader shoulders and larger heads than buffalo.
Linnea
Linnea is actually a transgender cardinal, wearing the bright red plumage colors of a male-born bird, but identifies as a female.
