Convention Hotel

We are hosting IndyFurCon 2024 at the Wyndham Indianapolis West hotel this year!

Stationed near the Indy Airport, the Wyndham Indianapolis West hosts free wifi, an outdoor pool, free parking, free airport shuttle service, is pet-friendly, and hosts a noon-checkout time.  (Please verify the check-out time on your reservation, this may have changed).
 Many of the con area entrances do have ramp-access, so keep an eye out when you see stairs leading up to areas of the convention space.

We encourage you to book within the convention block when you reserve a room at the Wyndham.
Why?  When we can fill up our block, the hotel puts more trust in our convention to guarantee room sales and we are able to gain a larger block next year.  Booking outside of our block still gives the hotel money (though you do pay more!), but it shows the hotel that they need to keep rooms in reserve from the con block for outside interest.  The convention is held by contract to pay for room block rooms which are not claimed & paid for, so it really is a win-win situation when you book with the con!

At the moment, the 2024 con hotel block at the Wyndham is full.  There may be more rooms opening up in the future, stay tuned for social media updates. Consider the hotels listed lower on this page for alternative lodging.

Our 2024 hotel block is going to be priced at $149/night for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights before taxes/fees. Friday and Saturday nights are $159/night before taxes/fees, and suites will be priced at $229/night across all nights. (Same prices as 2023)

If you have received your acceptance as a 2024 Dealer, please check your emails, you may have additional information concerning the dealer’s room block.

I missed the block or I want a cheaper hotel!

Perfectly fair. Your budget is important too. There are other hotels nearby, we certainly don’t require you to stay at the convention hotel where paneling occurs. A few of these nearby options include:
