Yes. You can verify the status of memberships purchased on your credit card via reg.indyfurcon.com, or feel free to drop us an email at registration@indyfurcon.com

First, please visit ConCat and ensure your badge has been “paid”. It may be sitting in your cart and needs to be checked out to finish the payment process.

Yes. All you need is a form of legal identification with your name, photo, and date of birth listed.

You will need a non-expired government-issued I.D. that bears your name, your picture, and your date of birth. Examples include: a valid driver’s license, a passport, or a state-issued ID card. A school ID or work photo ID will partially work, but it would need to be accompanied by a second form of ID that lists your name and date of birth to properly validate your identity.

We do require you to have some form of photo I.D. We are unable to admit anyone who is not able to show legal identification. Most states offer I.D. cards for people who do not wish or are unable to obtain a drivers’ license. If you cannot obtain a state-issued I.D., you will still need a form of official I.D. that bears your picture (such as a school I.D. or work I.D.) and a second piece of identification that bears your name and date of birth (such as a birth certificate) If you are in doubt, please bring as many pieces of identification you are able to obtain. If you have further questions, we would be happy to answer them at registration@indyfurcon.com .

We welcome attendees of all ages. People under 18 will, however, have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have a signed Parental Consent for Minor Attendee form, which can be found here. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. You MUST have the original signed and notarized forms available at the time you pick up your badge – NO EXCEPTIONS.

No. If you will be an adult (18 years of age) at the time of picking up your badge in registration, you will not need the signed Parental Consent for Minor Attendee form nor a signed Notary Form for Parental Consent for Minor Attendees form, which can be found here. If you are not an adult (18 years of age) as of that time, you will be required to have a signed Parental Consent for Minor Attendee form and a Notary Form for Parental Consent for Minor Attendees form even if you become an adult during the course of the convention. For 2024, this date would be August 21st. If your 18th birthday occurs during the convention, you may return to registration with proper identification and exchange you minor badge for an adult badge

Any person above the age of 18 who wishes to attend still needs to purchase a Badge in order to enter any panel room, any of the convention events, or the dealer space. Parents who get their own Badges may have up to 2 children (13 and under) accompany them for free, however children of ages 14-17 will still be required to purchase a Minor Badge in order to attend the convention. Further questions may be directed to registration@indyfurcon.com .

All changes, excluding date of birth change, can be done by logging into the registration system. You are able to easily make these changes up through August 4th; beyond that point we cannot guarantee any changes made will be reflected on printed badges. Please email registration@indyfurcon.com if you need further assistance.

You will register either online via your personal device, or we will have computer stations in our Registration room to allow you to register at-con; You will retrieve your badge from the Registration Room at the convention.

Thursday evening will have badge pick-up for all badge levels if you pre-registered before August 10th.

All levels are upgradable to higher levels at any time with at reg.indyfurcon.com. Feel confident in registering now, knowing that should you wish to upgrade at a later point, you simply have to pay the current difference and you’re upgraded, even at the door!

Super Sponsor is now sold out, if you see the opportunity to choose a higher badge level via our registration system, you may do so!

To upgrade your registration, we simply ask that you pay the difference between the original membership price you paid and the current price of the level to which you want to upgrade.

Upgrading your membership before the convention is as simple as using our registration confirmation or upgrade system, or sending us an email at registration@indyfurcon.com, no later than June 30. We will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to upgrade your registration. After this date, you can still upgrade your registration at the door.
